Cancellations by Prairie Glass If we need to cancel or reschedule a class and the new date doesn’t work for you, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. In the event of severe weather (such as snowstorms or extreme cold), please contact us to confirm if your class is proceeding. Cancellations by Participants • More than 7 days before class: Full refund or credit. • Within 7 days of class: Class credit offered, pending availability. • Within 2 days of class: Partial class credit (class value minus $25) offered, pending availability.
